Female, male and nymph of Aculops mosoniensis Ripka n. sp., collected from Ailanthus altissima are described and illustrated from Hungary. Taxonomically relevant morphological details are illustrated and the species is diagnosed from other tree-of-heaven inhabiting congeners.
