Tartalmi leírás:
2004-ben megteremtettük a teljeskörű újszülött hallásszűrés technikai feltételeit, elkezdtük az elektromos ingerrel kiváltott agytörzsi potenciálok regisztrálását a MED-EL cég cochlearis implantátumával, amely alkalmas a telemetriás elektromos ingerrel kiváltott válaszok analízisére is. Az eredmények közlése folyamatban van (2007). Emellett a cochlearis implantos betegeknek olyan computer alapú tanító programot készítettünk, amelyet már több betegnek CD lemezen oda adtunk és tanítjuk őket annak használatára. Jó eredményt értünk el a tanító anyaggal csoportos foglakozás keretében. A módszer iránt nagy az érdeklődés külföldön is. A vestibularis rendszer vizsgálatának kiértékelését teljesen automatizáltuk, a szoftver elkészült. 2005-ben új, saját fejlesztésű, objektív vestibuláris vizsgáló módszert, a Vestibular Evoked Miogen Potencial (VEMP) regisztrálását vezettünk be. Az eredmények ismertetése 2007-ben történik meg. OTKA támogatással az alábbi témákban jelent meg közlemény: Az agytörzsi kiváltott potenciálok kiértékelése retrocochlearis laesio szempontjából; A gyermekkori tympanoplasticák anyagának kiértékelése; Ionomer cement a rekonstruktív középfül-sebészetben; Lézerrel asszisztált dobhártyapótlás a mellső negyedeket érintő szubtotális perforációk esetiben; A saccotomia szerepe a Méniere betegség kezelésében. Igen igéretes a debreceni Fül-orr-gégeklinikával közös munka , amely a kanyaróvírusfertőzés szerepét vizsgálja az otosclerosis pathogenesisében. | We successfully developed the conditions for the universal neonatal hearing screening (UNHS) in 2004, in Pécs. The same year we started the registration of the electrically evoked brainstem potentials with cochlear implant able to measure telemetrically the electrically evoked brainstem potentials. The results will be published in 2007. We developed a program for hearing training after cochlear implant for adults and for children too. The program and the database for training is saved in CD and distributed for implanted patients. The examination of the vestibular system was fully automated. A new type of objective examination of the vestibular system was introduced in 2005 as a home made system: the registration of the Vestibular Evoked Miogen Potentials (VEMP). The following papers were published in this period:BERA from the point of view of retrocochlear lesions, Tympanolasty in childhood, Ionomer cement in the reconstructive surgery of the middle ear, LASER in the middle ear surgery, Saccotomy in the Méni?re disease. We joined to the team in Debrecen for the research of the possible measle-virus pathogenesis in otosclerosis.
