Abstract

A "dinamikusan meghatározott reakcióút (DDRP)" módszer algoritmusának finomítását követően kis és közepesen nagy molekulák konformációváltozását tanulmányoztuk molekulamechanikai és ab inicio kvantumkémiai módszerek alkalmazásával. Vizsgáltuk a módszer hatékonyságát és alkalmazhatóságát különböző modell rendszerek esetében. A módszert sikeresen alkalmaztuk kis molekulák esetében, nagyobb molekuláknál az algoritmus további fejlesztése szükséges. Vizsgáltuk a paraméterek hatását a módszer hatékonyságára. Kis molekulák konformációváltozása esetében a két kezdeti kiindulópont sikeresen alkalmazható volt. Nagyobb molekulák esetében azonban több probléma is fellépett: nem elegendő a két kiindulasi (reaktáns és termék) pont, a lineáris mentén felvett kezdeti reakcióút nem elfogadható. Molekuladinamikai számításokban kapott eredmények felhasználásával elfogadható eredmények adódnak, azonban ezek a konformációváltozások kicsinyek. Nagy molekulák esetében nem elegendő két kezdeti pont, a reakcióút több pontjának ismerete szükséges a potenciális energia felületen. | After the refinement of DDRP (Dynamically Defined Reaction Path) method, the conformational change of small and medium molecules were studied by molecular mechanics and ab initio quantum chemical methods. The method was successfully applied in the case of small molecules, while the algorithm needs further development for larger molecules. The effect of the parameters was studied on the effectiveness of the method. At the conformational change of small molecules the two initial points are enough to describe the reaction path. At larger molecules we had problems: the two initial point (reactant and product) is not enough, the initial reaction path along a linear is unacceptable. The results of molecular dynamics calculations support with a smaller conformational change the effectiveness of the methos. At the conformational change of large molecules the two initial point with a linear initial raction path is not enough, it is necessarry more points on the reaction path on the potential energy surface.
